An Indian army helicopter crashed in Arunachal Pradesh as a result of which the bodies of 4 of the 5 personnel on board the helicopter were found.
According to Indian media, an army helicopter crashed at 10:43 a.m. on Friday morning in Mugung, Balai Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh and the bodies of 4 out of 5 personnel on board the helicopter have been found.
The advanced light helicopter carrying army personnel was on a routine flight when it crashed near Sangung village, 25 km from Tugung headquarters. The bodies of 4 people were found from the wreckage, while the search for one is going on.
It should be noted that this is the second helicopter of the Indian Army to fall within a month. Earlier on October 5, a helicopter also crashed in Tawang district in which a pilot was killed.
