The best time to exercise is in the evening for men who want to lose weight and in the morning for women.
According to the foreign news agency, American scientists conducted experiments on 30 men and 26 women between the ages of 25 and 55. The results of the 12-week study found that men who exercised between 6 and 8 pm had the most weight loss during that period.
Dr Paul Arcero, head of the research team, told the British Broadcasting Corporation that there was no doubt that exercise at any time was beneficial. However, if someone wants to lose weight, our research has shown that exercise is more beneficial for men in the evening and for women in the morning.
